Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before allowing your child to participate in the Bhai Hira Singh Ragi Memorial Competition 2024 to be held on July 13th & 14th. These terms apply to all the participants.

Closing Date

All entries must be submitted online no later than 5pm on Sunday 7th July 2024. The SKPMA reserves the right to extend this date under reasonable circumstances, at its discretion.

Entry Categories

You can enter either as an individual, a Jatha or both. You may also register to participate in multiple categories within your age group.

Participants

All the participants must be aged 25 years or younger, (as of the date of competition, i.e. 14th July).

Participant aged over 25 years may participate in non- competitive category.

All participants of a Jatha must be within the age group of the category they chose to participate.

Number of Entries

Participants may only participate once in each category within their age group.

Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals under the age of 25, of all genders and nationalities.

Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by their parents or guardian, and must provide parent/guardian information on the registration from.

The registration form must be completed accurately, providing all required information.

Incomplete or inaccurate registration forms may result in disqualification.

Confirmation of Entry Receipt

A confirmation of entry receipt will be sent to the email address provided on the entry form within one day of receipt of entry. If you have not received confirmation for your entry within 24 hours of submission, please email skpma@hotmail.com

Judging and Results

The competition will be judged by a panel of experts appointed by the organizers.

The judges' decisions will be final and binding.

The results will be announced at prize distribution ceremony and date will be communicated by the organizers.

Notification of Results

Winners and runners-up will be posted on the SKPMA website upon completion of the judging process after winning entrants have been informed via phone and/or email.

Prizes

A prize distribution ceremony will be organised at Revesby gurdwara sahib and all participants will be notified via registered email address.

Protection and Destruction of Personal Information

The SKPMA will not use or distribute the entrant’s personal information for marketing or any other purposes. All personal information shall be destroyed within a reasonable time after the determination of winners.

Media Consent

By allowing your child to participate in the competition, you grant the organizers the right to capture and use your child's name, likeness, photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional purposes.

Modification or Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time for any reason. Participants and parents/legal guardians will be notified of any changes through the skpma.org website.

The organisers reserve right to modify categories and reassign categories to participants if there are not enough registrations in any category.

By allowing your child to participate in the Bhai Hira Singh Ragi Memorial Competition, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
